  2. Overall, I think Jukin is more in the right (notwithstanding copyright procedure with their content providers), especially when they asked for a dialogue with MXR. But I think Jukin should not have asked for $1, 500.00 per instance. I think they should have asked for an individual fee (did I see a $49 fee?) for each instance they have already found and then have them subscribe to their service for a certain determined amount or Period, then agree is all done with. Done nicely in such a way that Jukin shows MXR what a great service they are so that MXR would be inclined to continue patronizing them.
