  1. My state fair (KY) has mock trial times (not sure if more than one day) and you can observe these. They are set up in one of the large concourses so it is visible to crowds walking by. We're I by myself there, I would sit and watch. I think attorneys from State colleges and universities sign up for these. I think there is a certain amount of mock lawyering they are required or strongly suggested to do. What I saw one time was a lawyer cross - examining a witness setting them up with the foundation of agreed-to answers. They were very specific.
