If Tasha K's evaluation of her lawyer is true and her lawyer truly thought Tasha K shouldn't counter sue, she should have advised Tasha what her options were and the probabilities of winning each. But we don't know what their dialogue was, so we don't know if there was full understanding or a communication disconnect.
