  4. Technically not a lawyer joke, but it has a lawyer. A Priest, a Lawyer, and a Mechanical Engineer were sentenced to death by guillotine with the proviso that they be laid face up in it, and if the guillotine doesn't chop their head off, they are to go free. The priest was first. The guillotine was released but the blade did not chop off his head. The priest jumped up exclaiming, "It's a miracle!" and left immediately. The Lawyer was laid face up and the guillotine released. Again the blade did not cut off the lawyer's neck. He jumped up proclaiming, "Justice is served!" and he disappeared more quickly than the priest. The mechanical engineer was laid face up, and he said, "I think I see what you're problem is."

  5. Please lawyer the second Ghost Busters movie. Ridiculous as it is, I'd like to know what elements in the trial are worthy or hark to worthy practices.
