I wonder if anyone has ever yelled "Movie!" in a crowded firehouse.

@jayluck8047 Not if you have a bus load or 2 of children on a field trip. In which case yelling 'movie' could have more dire consequences.

@therealbeanbot Then let me restate: has anyone ever shouted "Movie!" in a crowded firehouse? If so, what were the consequences?

A guy who worked in a forensic laboratory told me that DNA sampling can be done on the smallest portion of blood, even if it's crusted.

This is why Europe's and Britain's royalty got inbred and especially the Romanovs had hemophilia.

@mahpell7173 The joke is the switching around of the statement, "Don't yell 'fire' in a crowded movie house (movie theater). Such a place has a lot of people, and yelling 'fire' can cause people to panic and all run to the exits at once, blocking the doorways. In this mob psychology, people are following the instinct of self- preservation. In a real fire, people could be trampled. People could be caught inside the movie theater and burn as a result of any fire. The joke is that firefighters (whose workplace is called a firehouse, and it houses at least 2 firefighting vehicles) love movies, and when their work shift is slow, they watch a lot of them. If someone yelled 'movie' in a crowded Firehouse, they might cause a stampede of firefighters. It might be a funny sight to see!
