  1. The social worker who documented Joshua's case did due diligence, IMO, but I think the accusation was inaccurate. The just accusation would be something akin to the 14th amendment. But Joshua is a minor, and his father would be the person who would decide his fate, for better or worse. The social worker wanted to remove the child from danger as, time and time again the saw Joshua covered in bruises consistent with abuse. I wonder why didn't they? It would be a very hard case to research and adjudicate, but I think this person from Social Services should be held responsible for not following up on their suspicions. This is proof that the "Three Laws of Robotics" aren't hardwired into humans.
