  1. And yet, if she's got the qualifications and she's reading all those books, there's no reason she can't sit for the Bar. I question whether she would be good in discovery, but if her apprenticeship gets high marks, who am I, a lay woman, to counter that? In any case, she would become probably the highest - profile lawyer in history to the American public.
