It is the height of arrogance to say that a woman is wrong because she wrote her own history. After all, the history of male rulers was written by the men who ruled. If not the rulers themselves, then their scribes. Why should a woman lie about her accomplishments any more than a man would?

It might be a little better if you either made the piano play the notes that were written on the staves or if you changed the staves to show the notes the piano played. And showing the counts of the notes before telling the time signature is a little ass backward, because the notes can hold different counts depending on the time signature. E.g. if you had a ime signature 2/2, then the bar contains two beats, and a half note gets one beat. Even whole notes can hold one beat, depending on the signature (yes, there are such pieces).

But would all of the people on the island have opportunity to see all the others and keep track of who is there? The answer breaks down eventually when enough people are involved. And I doubt a dictator would allow them to keep notes. Logic doesn't allow for real world complications.

XoletteScience I have always found blood typing a popular class subject. Your explanation is mostly right, white cells ignore red cells of the self. But I think how they do it is fuzzy. Macrophage can't ignore invaders, so it seems to me they have to recognize red cells as self. To do that, I think there must be a probing of proteins. Consider that a macrophage might attach to a red cell's ABO proteins and then release them if they are self cells. I don't know the exact mechanism of self - recognition. If you have a journal article that speaks to this, please let me know the reference. Thank you.

In Der Schloss (The Castle), a land surveyor of note was summoned by the leader of a town to survey the town's real estate. There are I, J, K, M, N, T and several more antigens and antibodies to test, and the typing analysis results look like a crossword puzzle when finished. But that's not enough. Because there might be some antigen we don't know about, recipient blood is cross - matched with donor blood. The string of packets of blood hanging from a blood unit are used to mix with recipient blood to see if it clumps. If it does, an unknown antigen is present that can endanger a patient. If no clumping occurs, the unit is safe to use. And how are antibodies treated in a unit of whole blood? These might cause problems, too. A whole blood unit is separated into plasma and red cells. The red cells become a unit I of "Packed Cells" with added citrate to prevent clotting. Plasma contains the white cells and are removed with the plasma to keep from attacking a recipient. Alternatively, people are encouraged to give platelets for people with hemophilia or bleeding disorder. It takes ten donations to create a unit of platelets or enough for creating blood clotting factor.
