  2. This is a cool concept. What are their standards as far as environmental impact and conservation? Is there recycling and attention to protecting wild places while developing all this land? All those golf courses use a ton of water its baffling to think about. Love the National park rec center idea wish you had gone there. I want to love this but I am hesitant if it is not eco friendly or conscious? There is so much money to be made they will not stop expanding is my guess. Money seems to be the end game for everything and it comes at a high price unfortunately for the environment and future generations. Love the preservation of some old buildings and inclusion aspect of the Villages.

  3. The veterans and national park rec center sounds cool. Love the preservation of some older buildings and the community feel of it all. I do however wonder about the environmental impact which I don't see anyone mentioning on this video or in comments.
