  2. Ban on too many car washes is not unamerican it is necessary. What a huge drain on our water resources and how many do we really need? One in every city maybe 2. There should be diversity in merchants throughout an area.

  6. I laughed at that too. That is a joke in Brook park it is more a cautionary tale of what you don't want your city to turn into and that is far from small town feel.

  10. Fast food places have taken over and it is all the more reason cities should limit how many of any kind of merchants are allowed in every given city.

  11.  @vicpetrishak7705  maybe you would be happy when our natural world is decimated by human encroachment and replaced by stores and car washes on every corner. Noise and air pollution are unavoidable and wild animals are only in zoos, endangered or extinct and we live in concrete jungles.
