The hate started because trump possesses no humanity he is a black hole of grievance, hate and disdain. Then people started expressing how much they don't like him and now it is war. He doesn't even like his voters thinks they are stupid and unfortunately a lot are.

Did you notice while campaigning he was acting especially crazy and now tamed it down a bit still nuts but less so. I think he was going to use mental deterioration in case he didn't win the presidency and stay out of prison.
