  1. Home ownership is so much more then buying a home even if it is new. It is a ongoing costly expense and if you don't have a reserve to fix, maintain and replace things its best to be smart like you were and back off. Renting is good for those that are not handy or not a lot of extra money. It of course can be costly too but replacing and repairing falls on the landlord.

  3. What 's going to happen to all the vacant buildings when they can't sell or rent the spaces with all the remote workers being the norm? We will have graveyards of businesses and parking lots. 😥 Yet we still see new buildings being constructed and more land clear cut instead of using existing structures.
