  1. People get this money to buy a new house that they can barely afford as it is as if a home is just buying it. It is maintenance, insurance, repairs, property tax so these people will soon sink under the weight of it all. It makes no sense to do these incentive programs. That house with just a front fa sod is kind an illustration of how things are right now in Florida.
