  1. FOMO in full effect. Do people think you just move in to a home and it takes care of itself? Everything requires maintenance and things break need fixed or replaced. How can this be a shock? Even if everything is new in a house things still break and need maintenance. Especially now with everything being a much lesser quality in general.
