For previous generations you could graduate from HS or college and get a job with security and longevity. Hopes for a pension and loyalty if you gave your loyalty. Now companies don't keep workers and treat their work force like they are very disposable. Where is the incentive? There are also those who are just plain lazy and entitled brats. I wonder how this will all shake out?
