If only society could figure out that their sexual desires shouldn't trump consequences. I don't have children because I grew up suffering and can't afford them therefore they have been spared, but got into an argument with someone that thought they shouldn't be "punished" for sex. Yeah I remember everyone relocating cause they couldn't survive, shipping their children out to relatives, grandparents, baby daddy, so they could attempt to start over elsewhere. Immigrants did well at that time though, took over the area.
