I never used to look at people as groups or "communities" and now when i deal with 10 shitty people of one race in a row i think "so you're trying to tell me stereotypes arent true?" and desperately dig up memories from before they were given a free pass to behave poorly. Funny because i just spent days dealing with customer support because the representatives were failing to comprehend what i was saying and making insane notes that could have gotten a nurse in another state that ive never met fired. Id call back to say the notes from my previous call were terrible and instead of listing to me they were reading those bad notes and rewording them. I called at least 6 times in 2 days and eventually spoke to a supervisor who had to create a new file to clean up the mess which i can't confirm cause they decided to mail me a letter instead of email an attachment "cause we cant" yet they could email me an attacment of a photo to prove that they sent out snail mail. i mean WTF people! Get out of healthcare 🤯
