@supertenor561 That’s dumb. Merit is the only thing that matters! Giving someone a job because of their skin color or gender is incredibly racist and sexist. Not to mention their peers would not look at them in a good way because they never earned that position. If they are actually qualified but happen to be a woman or black, then that’s great and shows the progress this nation has made. But going along with your idea is very regressive.
