He should’ve never have been in this country in the first place. So while I do agree with you the fact remains, if we were stricter on immigration this wouldn’t have happened to her.

  3. The only problem with this story is that the family never reported the crime and they never had to travel out of state for an abortion as it could’ve been done in Ohio.

  4.  @adrianespinoza2043  People called it a hoax because they never had to leave the state to get the abortion. Also the doc that did the abortion listed the age of the suspect at 17. The crime wasn’t reported until the abortion. There are a lot of inconsistencies. I’m sure some will point out the fact that he is here illegally. And to be fair, why not?

  5.  @pogo1140  The exemptions that could be used are “prevent a serious risk of the substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman” and “to prevent the death of the mother”. The WHO states that childbirth and complications from the pregnancy are the leading cause of death for girls 15-19. She is 10 which would put her at even greater risk of death.

  13.  @chrisfurius  You claimed the border is not open, yet 100’s of 1,000’s illegally cross every month. Many are arrested but many cross without consequence. In May of this year, over 220,000 were arrested, 25% of them were repeated border crossers. 184,000 were released into the interior of the country. June was similar. In 2021, nearly 2 million crossed illegally which is the highest amount since 1960. The border is wide open since Biden took office. That’s how you’re spreading disinformation.

We can look at Biden’s numbers and see that the numbers of apprehensions/encounters are even higher as is the amount that are released into the country afterwards, which Trump did not allow. We aren’t discussing what you care about as that is 100% irrelevant. The border is open and the stats prove it. Imagine if the border was completely secured then this incident with the little girl would’ve never happened… but hey, cheap farm labor, am I right?
