  1.  @NurulAini  U.N was there for 2 years till observers died in a Russian shelling. 0 incidents of Donbas civilians being targeted. Plenty of incidents or Russia targeting ukranian civilians though. There's a reason Russia gave 0 evidence to international observers. It doesent exist

  2.  @moosesnWoop  the UNCS is a body of the U.N. clearly there's only 1 here talking nonsense. The HRMMU was there in 2014 look it up. The united nations human rights office of the high commission oversaw the mission in ukriane. Till Russia started targeting the observers. The 14k civilians the OSC sight are all civilians in the area not just on the republics side. That's 14,000 ukranians, donetsk republic, and Luhansk republic, casualties in the area of Donbas since 2014 to 2022.
