  4. Canada's got 2 C-130J tactical airlift aircraft and 40 personal hauling military aid. They also commissioned a civilian Air Canada 787-9 Dreamliner to move humanitarian aid to ukraine. I think a lot of countries with planes are doing what they can to help.
