  2. The U.N OHCHR report has shown about 3,000 civilians have died in the DPR & LPR. of that most were due to landmines set by the terorist republics to prevent civilians fleeing to Ukraine. They even have evidence the terorists used civilians as sheilds for their artilery. They also habe evidence the famous bus stop attack was fired from the east in russian territory not west from Ukraine. U.N and red cross would both disagree with you.
