  3. Combat power is a formula requiring manpower, moral, Training, equipment, logistics, excetera. russia has a lot of manpower and equipment. Unfortunately these big numbers are being multiplied by small factors. Manpower is great, but then multiplied by low moral, low equipment quality, logistics steuggles, excetera. The end result isn't all too much combat power despite completely dominating in 2 categories. Ukraine on the other hand is much more balanced. The end result is much more combat power. A abstract example for comparison would be: Russia: 6 x 2 x 2= 24 Ukraine: 3 x 4 x 3 = 36

  5. I feel like a heart attack or blood clot is more likely then stroke. Either way that's russia. Lies and corruption are king in the rotten edifice known as the russkiye mir. The officials claim they do these examinations and take preperations. Instead they pocket the cash and take shortcuts.
