  2. No matter what frozen ground is difficult to dig trenches and fox holes, and cold weather makes for difficult troop manuvers. Not to mention logistics challenges and terrain complications. Still Ukraine was strategic with their attacknon bridges and logistics. They made the attrition of holding kherson too much for russia to sustain. Looking forward to May when things can get really moving again.
