  1.  @Vincent-ll7ov  yeah i seem to remember russia having a certain problem with sending prisoners and conscripts to the front, in a little war 1914-1917. Can't remember if it worked out super well for russia or not 🤔

  2. He said 300,000. The order he signed has no limit on it. He can conscript the whole 2 million man reserve. russia conscripts about 130,000 russians every 6 months, for 1 year of training. They become the reserves. With his order all could be sent.
