  8. I do believe russia must return to 1991 borders, pays reparations, and hands over some war criminals, agrees to a ceasefire. Asking them to disarm won't happen without taking Moscow. That's won't happen without ww3.

Still even traditional friends like Brazil are giving russia the cold sholder and pretending they don't exist. Countries in south Africa have sanctioned russia too. Columbia, Chilli, and Argentina have not inly committed publicly to following the sanctions, they have sent aid packages to Ukraine. Columbia even sent military equipment.
