  2. If Ukraine launches a ballistic missle into Moscow or they march on a major russian City, then Poutine probably will push the button. He definitely won't launch for Ukrainian territory. He doesn't want to end russia. That would politically ruin russia, probably earth.

  3.  @3941602  the sanctions come into effect on coal in October. Poutn has already cut gas to Europe. Europe's sanction on gas was to take effect December 5th, when 5 or 6 LNG terminals are expected to be finished.
