  5. You need to get out more. On telegram there's a lot of pics showing they have created a lot of russkiy cargo 200. There's even video of a massive convoy of cargo 200 coming out of kherson and heading to Moscow.

A bunch of people resigned and the report was retracted. The private organization heads made the report after receiving large donation from russia. Also all you said is bunk except for civilian vehicles. Ues they have mounted guns and armor to pick up trucks. They also mark them with military symbols and ride them in uniform. I really don't see your point. When fighting in villages and cities they do occupy buildings on the front. They don't do this back behind the lines which is where most of the civilian targets are hit. You really must be dence or not following the source material.
