  35. No, drones with a moped engine and cruise missiles with rocket fule are different. For example most cruise missles deliver .5 to1 ton of explosives. The shahed carries 40kg of explosives.

If russia nukes the only response is nukes. It's called mutually assured destruction for a reason. Germany is their own country and leader of the EU. America is their friend and partner. I wouldn't expect russia to understand what friends or soft power is. They've never had either.
