  2.  @davidwalling6830  NATO said it had no plans of expanding but had an open door policy to considering new nations should a nation want to join. Then Russia was aggresive and nations wanted to join NATO. It's Russias fault for expanding its borders. If Russia wasn't invading its neighbors all the time, neighbors wouldn't be clamoring to join NATO. Russia is the big bad bully of Eroup and they need to be put in their place.
