  3. Accidentally feeding the troll aside, if anything technology has made it so much easier for us neuro-divergent brains to get access to help. If anything it's been massive in helping foster communities. The big problem is that companies are getting REALLY good at pulling people's attention. Add unsupervised kids and you have problems.
