I too think this is a great idea. UN should be doing similar changes. After this year and the war in Ukraine, it has been confirmed without doubt that some countries just won’t go along with popular decisions because there is too much “corruption “ and “control “ that could be unraveled by any political change in policy and leadership. I know some doubt Macrons intelligence and foresight but from a global stability standpoint, he is trying to bring to the table a previously rejected idea which is actually necessary.
