@doctorc499 At what point did Russia make luck for itself in this conflict. Their biggest stroke of luck was taking over Crimea and getting away with it. Everything after that was a mess. What’s your military take on that? 🤔

@doctorc499 I look at the military war map update every day now for 240+ days. If I was going on the map alone and didn’t hear any conversation about what’s going on on the ground and politically, I would say Ukraine has successfully defended against Russia and is continually making progress at retaking more and more of its territory. Russia is strategically holding on to the land bridge to Crimea and all the Warm water ports that come with it. Can Russia take more land this year or next year ? 🤔 NO they can’t. They haven’t got enough of anything to sustain such an operation. Will the west fold and force Ukraine to give up territory? NO chance at all. Kremlin’s influences in the western countries “far right” won’t get enough traction and our security service won’t allow it. Also the energy war on Europe won’t succeed. Also, my countries military just announced they would be sending troops for a Joint Military Operation in the Eastern European zone early next year. Make of that what you will but Russia is and will be collapsing. Militarily, economically and socially. 😔

@Silver_Prussian Why has Russia not managed to take Odesa? Or Kyiv? Or Kharkiv? Why is the worlds 2nd best army having to retreat so much? Are they trying to take over Ukraine? Are they just trying to demilitarise Ukraine? Are they actually killing or even finding any Nazis? Should the west just let Russia own Ukraine? Is the Kremlin a completely sane and trustworthy group of people who actually know better then the rest of the world? Do you realise that this conflict is a 300 year old continuation of Russian imperialism between its Eastern and western neighbours?
