  1. It’s just mine blowing! I live on the other side of the world, all the way down south and even I know more about the Chernobyl melt down then these Russian soldiers! Gives perspective to those guys and their education. The educated city boys don’t become front line soldiers. They become policemen in the big Cities. So all your rural boys who may not have had the opportunity to go to private school end up being used as cannon fodder. Correct me if I’m wrong but that my impression.
