  11. Trump is doing exactly what Putin does in Russia. Sign off on bills that are impacting people but putting his henchmen in the firing line of the people’s anger. Then he just replaces them to keep the people quiet. But the policy hasn’t changed and the damage is done while Putin has pocketed/stole 100s $millions in the process.
