  1. 🤦‍♂️ so basically you have no interest in understanding the reasons why these two countries are both rated in the 110s to 140s most corrupt countries. You just don’t want to acknowledge that at least one of the sides has spent decades trying to fight its abusive neighbour who endorsed , encourages and mandates corruption as a strategy to keep Ukraine in its grips and away from western integration AT ANY COST!!!
