This is a terribly messy report. I want to hear a military expert say something about this because when you are actually at war in the moment it’s difficult to think about all the international regulations while you are trying to defend and regain home territories. To the Russians: are there Russian troops in Kherson? Of corse there are. Are Ukraine supposed to not fight and fire in to Kherson because of the presence of these troops surrounded by civilians! Russia is such a hypocrite. You know when the Kremlin narrative gets stronger on media that they are facing extreme difficulties on the ground.
