@dalecrocker3213 When Russian secret services and corrupt collaborators have been told not to let Kyiv be successful in rebuilding and energising the industrial hubs of southern and eastern Ukrainian that could benefit the energy market of Europe and are controlling the information to the population in those areas, you can’t be surprised that a Democratic Party in Kyiv will stop supporting these areas until it has full control over the economic and political situation again. Where there are billions to be made , there are arms deals made to boost security, there are opportunistic oligarchs, corruption and mismanagement. What ever it takes to make more money .
