  1. Hercules and Cato - sounds like a pair of superheroes. I wish you'd do a story on that most foul character, Provost Marshall William Cunningham. I suspect he was more hated in America than Benedict Arnold and Banastre Tarleton. A fictionalized account of his death at the gallows in 1791 for forgery attests to how deep this sentiment ran.
