  9.  @BobDavis-cp5wp  If it's no more than 70,000 feet up, it should be within gun range of an F-15. One or two 20mm rounds should make it leak enough to descend to the ground. Failing that, an air launched missile could bring it down in pieces. I don't know why Miley is concerned about it landing on somebody. That seems like a bogus argument, bu perhaps he isn't telling us all he knows.
