  1. I'm saddened to hear about the fratricide incident involving members of the Household Cavalry. I had the honor and pleasure of briefing their Brigadier and his staff during Bright Star 98 in Egypt. My team and I were rewarded with an excellent supper served on regimental silver, very different from the bland chow and plastic utensils the US Army gave us at the CENTCOM command section where I was assigned.
