  1. There appears to be a contradiction in your summary. Beginning at 2:00 you tell us that 27 states have stop and identify laws, yet in your summary you remind us that passengers in vehicles do not have to say anything. Which is it?

  3. The only issue I have with the Terry case doesn't involve the officer safety question. As a seasoned cop who strongly felt a crime was about to take place, wouldn't it have been better if he had allowed them to proceed with their B&E (assuming no innocent people were present inside), then called for backup? He'd have had a solid case against all three suspects. Instead he gets to bust one guy for illegal possession of a firearm (that's who other issue we could spend hours debating).
