Yikes. The same refuted anti-movement fallacies repeated ad nauseum.
Yes, illegal immigration is illegal. Who cares? The law doesn't make something right or wrong, and initiating violence on someone who's just walking across a line in the sand is still wrong, no matter who signs off on it.
No, your house and a country aren't the same. This is basically the definition of a false analogy. Private property and a sovereign nation are completely different and should be treated as such. Wanting people to be able to move into the country and buy a house in the neighborhood is nowhere near the same as wanting someone to break into your home and kill your family. Get ahold of yourselves.
Legal vs illegal immigration is just bureaucratic hoops and stacks of paperwork, all things that small-government conservatives normally pretend to support. Legal immigration is incredibly difficult for most people to do, and those on the right are trying to make it tougher. We already have the ability to vet people who come across the border, even if we opened them up far more than they are now.
I didn't see anyone argue for the nonsense that is the border wall, so I'll skip that one.
Liberty is a human right--it's an inalienable aspect of being alive, and is endowed to up by whoever you deem to be the supreme being. People have the right to move freely about the world (no, not on private property, so don't make that same fallacy again!) And any attempts to initiate violence on these people who've harmed no one is abhorrent and ethically and morally indefensible, legality be damned.
The legal vs illegal distraction is a distinction without an economic, moral, or sociological difference and a way for the policy-ignorant to try to hide behind a paper-thin talking point in an attempt to bolster their "totally not racist" position that "certain people just can't handle freedom."
(No, not all of you have said that, but a few of you did. If that last sentence upsets you, search yourself and see if it might actually be right.)
