Now, you're no longer discussing the merits of legalizing prostitution, you're supposedly arguing why your think trans people belong in jail. Don't take the bait. Stick to the issue of prostitution legalization.

  10.  Frank Arrietta  I'm aware of the cons. Widespread prostitution and devaluing sexual intercourse to a commodity would destroy our society from the bottom up. The nuclear family is the backbone upon which our entire civilization was built, and fucking prostitutes regularly isn't going to help that. That being said, it's a human right to be able to do what you want with your body so long as all present are consenting adults, so it'd be unethical to criminalise the act of prostitution. I'm in favour of legalising on principle of civil liberties and human freedom, but that doesn't mean I think it's healthy.
