  4. This would be an logical inconsistency, but not for the reason you're saying. They believe abortion is murder, or willingly taking the life of another human being. Arguably, sharing a virus and killing someone with it would be ethically and morally the same, provided you know you have it. So that's the argument you should be making. You have to acknowledge their premise and show why it doesn't hold up instead of just going all "bumper sticker" on em. Their likely rebuttal would be the fact that spreading the virus isn't as much of a sure thing to kill someone as far as each individual's actions go, so be ready for that.
