Arbery was probably a pretty awful person. He brought a gun to a school when he was 19 and no longer in school, and he's had other run-ins with the law. That being said, the case is about whether or not they had probable cause to detain him and whether or not he was committing a felony. Him being terrible doesn't change those facts. I do see this going to appeal due to the judge making a few poor decisions, though.
