The real confusing part to out-of-touch ivory tower types is that "Hispanic" probably should be classified as a super-set of ethnicities, with various other ethnicities inside of it, like Spanish, Argentinian, Mexican, (etc.), just like other groups of White Americans (most Hispanics in America are mostly White). No one is shocked when Anglos and Ulster-Scotts vote differently. No one is baffled when Italians and Germans vote differently. Why are they so surprised when Mexicans and Cubans vote differently?
