  1. No, he's not. He called for an emergency declaration, but he has no control over state policy or rescue efforts. You'd prefer him show up and get a photo Op like Beto did, but he just got out of the way. If he were a state Rep? Certainly. Governor? Absolutely. But US Senator? No. This is just a distraction from the FBI investigation of Cuomo. Ted Cruz going on Vacation got 4x the coverage of NY's Governor being investigated by the Federal Police.
