We don't need the same % of each race in each district, because people tend to self-congregate, so you will see a 80% bläćk district and a 90% whįtę district sometimes, just based on where people choose to live.

  11. I love using the Gini index. I think it's worthless to look at QoL, but it's a fascinating metric to use. Weirdly enough, it doesn't correlate very well with murders at the state level.
