I keep encountering people that are shocked that I'm somehow a functioning adult with a home and a stable job yet I don't go to therapy and have a narcissistic moaning sesh once a week. I have parents and friends. I'm just normal. It's not that complicated. Maybe they do it to feel better about how messed up they are?
